The prize drawings will have one (1) Grand Prize winner unless otherwise noted in the Sweepstakes description. It is open to legal residents of Austria and individuals physically present in Austria at the time of entry, aged 18 or older.

Timing: The "Sweepstakes Period" is open to enter from the 1st of each month, 12:00:01 am Eastern Time ("ET"), start date ("Sweepstakes-Start") - until the last day of each month, 11:59:59 pm ET, end date ("Sweepstakes-End"). Top10vienna.com server is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Austria and individuals physically present in Austria at the time of entry, aged 18 or older, except where prohibited by law.” Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and each of their spouses regardless of where they live) or members of the household of Top10vienna.com business partners, advertising, design, web development, web hosting, production agencies, print design/production agencies, and others connected with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win.
4. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes is available only online. Visit www.Top10vienna.com, follow the entry directions, and complete the free registration with a valid name and email address for which you are the authorized user. Limit: One entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period. "Authorized user" is the person assigned to the email address by an internet access provider or organization. In the case of a dispute, entries will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the email. 5. Winner Selection: One (1) Grand Prize Winner is selected via a randomized computer process from all eligible entries within 1 day after the Sweepstakes-End. Failure to respond will result in losing the right to the prize, and the Sponsor may choose not to award the prize.
6. Prizes: Only the prizes listed in the entry page of each sweepstakes will be awarded. Prizes are awarded "as is," with no warranties, and Sponsor is not responsible for product or service quality after delivery. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged.
7. General: The Sponsor's decisions on the Sweepstakes, including the selection and verification of winners, are final.
