The restaurant sets the highest possible standards for its meat. You will find Austrian grass fed beef on the menu, special cuts from North- and South America and New Zealand, as well as Wagyu beef from Japan and Australia. The best pieces are refined in the in-house dry agers and prepared to perfection in the specially imported broiler at up to 1000 degrees Celsius, giving the cuts an incredible crust with intense roasted aromas in a matter of seconds.
